IS IT NECESSARY TO REGISTER BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER?
No, you can purchase on the HIPPÓLITO website without registering. But registering offers you the following benefits:
- Track your orders and check your past orders.
- Cancel or return any order from your account.
- Add items you like to your WISH LIST.
- Save your address and credit card information to make your next purchase easier.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I RECOVER IT?
To reset your password, click on "forgot password" and follow the instructions. Please note that for security reasons, we cannot accept the old password again.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?
By accessing your account, you can edit any information by clicking on "edit."
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Before the order is dispatched, we can cancel the order, change the size, or edit the shipping and billing information.
But we cannot change orders or add new items once it has been shipped.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.
WHEN IS MY ORDER REGISTERED?
Once it is ordered, it will be registered in our database.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
The order will be shipped after charging your credit card, within 24 - 48 hrs after purchase.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WANT A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOR AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
If the order has not yet been dispatched, you can change it.
WHAT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY CHOICE? CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASE?
Yes, you have up to 28 days after receiving your purchase to exchange it.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
From 24 to 48 hrs after it has been claimed.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXPRESS SHIPMENT?
You can communicate directly with Customer Service. We have facilities for you to explain the urgency, and we gladly work on it expressively, charging you the shipping of your preferred courier.
